A women health (Breast Cancer) was organised in Dabri Extension on 24th
September 2011 in Palam are, in which 50 ladies took part. Dr.Lovepreet
Kaur gave very useful tips about seasonal diseases and women general
health; she has shown numbers of pictorial charts followed by a short
film on computer. Dr.Simran Kaur Sawhney shown short film and PPT
presentation on Breast Cancer. In our country Breast Cancer is common
disease and it rapidly growing amongst women. She specially insisted to
check herself and show various methods available & talked about BSE
(Breast Self Examination). Just after training section, a Quiz (Kya Aap
Jante Hain ) was also played, some question were asked on health and
immunization. Total 25 questions were asked, participants who gave
maximum answers were awarded with 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes. All
participents who gave 2 or more correct answers, were awarded with
consolation prizes.
