A Breast Cancer (Awareness & Detection) Camp was organized at Janakpuri Church (Associate Bishop Commissary, Evangelical Church of India). In the Camp, two separate portions were made, in one a small & informatics exhibition was displayed for people to know about the bad effects of tobacco & how cancer enters into human beings. In the other compartment, a small session was arranged in which Power Point Slide was shown for Self Breast Examination. Patients felt very happy by the arrangement done by SVCT. Mrs. Anthoni, wife of Hon'ble Defence Minister visited the camp and she was very much impressed by the activities done by SVCT. Volunteers who came also helped in making the camp successful. 49 OPD cases were screened and 17 X-Ray Mammography tests were done. The trustees of SVCT were also present at that time. The camp was appreciated aby all people present over there.
