SVCT organized a special health camp in association with Metro Hospital & Cancer Institute on June 26th, 2011 at Upadhyay public school, East Vinod Nagar, Delhi. The SVCT team along with 8 volunteers served the local people from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. The Camp provided services including: Free Blood Pressure, Weight, ECG, PFT, PFR, and Echo.
The following Doctors served the camp:
- Dr. Amit Mittal (Cardiology)
- Dr. Amar (Cancer Speacialist)
- Dr. Johar (Respiratory)
- Mr. Virendra (ECG)
- Mr. Subodh (PFT)
Mr. Asfaque from Metro Hospital organised the camp. We are thankful to Mr. Niroy Mitra, chief coordinator, Metro Hospital & Cancer Institute for their support in executing the camp.
The volunteers ensured that every individual is attended and made aware about cancer and other heart diseases. 110 people utilized the camp. The camp was an over-all success in serving people and hopes to do the same in future.
